Necessary cookies
#These cookies are set by the shop to keep your bag, your session and the checkout working. They do not track you across other websites.

The legacy `_medusa_customer_id` cookie is not set by the current shop. If an older deployment left one in your browser, signing out clears it.
Analytics cookies
#If you allow analytics, we load Google Analytics 4. It helps us understand which pages are used and where the shop can be clearer. We configure it to measure use without using it for advertising.

Analytics data is retained for 14 months. We do not use analytics cookies for marketing, and we do not run advertising or retargeting cookies. If you withdraw consent, we set Google's opt-out switch for this site, ask Google Analytics to deny analytics and advertising storage, and delete the `_ga` cookies our browser can reach. Google's own servers may already hold measurement data from before you withdrew; deleting every copy of that data is outside this site's control.
Cookies set by JCC
#When you choose to pay by card, you are redirected to JCC's hosted payment page. JCC may set its own cookies there for security, fraud prevention and the payment session. Those cookies are controlled by JCC and are not set by the iSell&Fix storefront. Please read JCC's own cookie and privacy information on its payment page.
Accepting, rejecting and withdrawing consent
#When you first visit, the consent banner lets you accept analytics or reject non-essential cookies. Necessary cookies are always active because the cart and checkout cannot work without them.
Your choice is stored in the `isellandfix_consent` cookie for 12 months. Its value records the policy version and whether analytics is `granted` or `denied`. You can change your mind at any time: use the Cookie settings control in the footer or in the checkout header (or the Preferences button in the banner) and choose again. Withdrawing analytics consent disables Google Analytics 4 for this site immediately and clears the Google Analytics cookies we can access; it does not affect ordering.
Rejecting analytics does not stop you ordering. It only prevents Google Analytics 4 from loading.
Browser controls
#Every major browser lets you view, delete and block cookies in its privacy or security settings. You can also use a private window to avoid keeping cookies after you close it.
Blocking necessary cookies will break parts of the shop: the bag may empty, sign-in may fail, and card payment may not complete. Blocking analytics cookies has no effect on ordering.

- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
